What does a confirmation email link look like? Example: how do you know its your school email being confimed instead of a regular yahoo one?

Whats the difference in the link if it was a school email?

If you've joined the school network, then in your profile, it should say something like, "Columbia University" Class of '08 or something. this is how you know. there isnt a difference in the links.
