Right click and save the image to your desktop, then upload the picture to facebook.
If right clicking is disabled (you cant save the image), then hit the print screen button on your keyboard, then plaste the image into paintbrush.exe, you can then select the picture using the select tool, copy that and paste it into a new image sized 1x1 pixel. Save the image as a jpg, then you can upload it to facebook.
